Great location, good breakfast, clean rooms and pool, friendly staff. Recommend

Central to many areas around playa. Nice pool area. Limited sunbeds but loved how you couldn’t reserve them. Our deluxe junior room was amazing. So big. Clean. TV and WiFi Good. Breakfast was okay. Some bits tasty but just Luke warm as under heat lamps Staff were helpful and friendly.

Me and my partner stayed at los cardones in september 2024. It was very noisy of an evening and there was no air con. Before arriving i emailed the hotel multiple times and was ignored which gave me cause for concern. Regardless of the short comings me and my partner had a good time. On the last day we packed for the airport and whilst we popped back into the room for a final look around to confirm we had everything our bag was stolen from outside the room. It should be noted that los cardones is a gated resort wherein noone except staff and fellow guests have access. The receptionist told us that we were to blame and refused to check the cctv. We had to leave as our flight was due and followed it up once home. Once the police were involved they found it was a member of staff (which los cardones later claimed was a contractor) that stole our bag. The bag was recovered and los cardones attempted to post it to me. The bag is now in a post office in tenerife. I am having to go back to tenerife to collect my bag. Los cardones asked if i would like 1/200€ compensation, i declined and asked for accommodation whilst in tenerife to collect my stolen luggage. Los cardones have since ignored all correspondence. Awful people awful service. I will be making my own plans to collect my stolen luggage and seeking advice on claiming compensation from los cardones.

Location was the only good thing about this holiday. Staff need training in manners especially the lady that does breakfast very rude person .No AC in the room breakfast was awful we stayed 10 days but only had breakfast twice it was that bad .

Stayed here for 4 days last week. Amazing location in the middle of the buzzing heart of Las Américas but once inside the gate it is a little oasis of calm . We were upgraded to a 1 bed bungalow and it was fabulous, clean ,comfortable and toiletries etc provided and a full kitchen. Beautiful breakfast each morning with a huge range of choices and happy 2 hours in pool bar each afternoon. Sonia on reception is amazing - friendly, helpful and always smiling. The pool area is clean and well looked after and always plenty of loungers - no need to get up at stupid o clock to put towels out,!! We will return definitely- we loved every minute of staying there.
