The service was excellent. It's very close to the sea and the beach. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious! 👍

The hotel is near the airport, convenient public transportation available to Palma city centre. Only a few steps from the beach. Buffet quite nice. But there is no gym. The service is nice and welcome. This hotel definitely worths its price.

A very nice and renovated hotel. There's room for improvement, though. The staff at reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did they frown at a question – incredibly kind. We arrived late and hungry in the evening, around 10:30 pm. We were served a cold buffet in the restaurant. Very courteous and delicious. The restaurant was good, whether for breakfast or dinner; you certainly didn't go hungry. We didn't use the pool or the bar. The room was cleaned daily. The only drawback was the not-so-clean bed linens. We found some stains and hairs on them. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The airport is a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel. A bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for a short stay of a few days.

Top hotel in a great location. Bierkönig is a few streets away and the Mega Park is just around the corner. The beach is a few minutes away, but you can also chill out by the pool in the hotel. The hotel provides towels for free. Top service and everything else was perfect too.

A hotel where you feel at home. The only drawback is that there is no decent coffee for breakfast. The price and performance are right.

Great hotel for a winter getaway. The location is great, 200m to the beach (but not too much in party tourism), the motorway is 1 minute away (ideal if you have a rental car and want to have access to the island). The rooms have a small refrigerator and very comfortable beds. The food is good for a 4 star hotel. Great: In winter the outdoor pool is heated (24/25°) and you can even swim in the afternoon in February when the sun is shining!

Very good hotel with delicious buffets. Had half board and the food was very tasty. The hotel also has a nice small pool area. It's also not far to the beach and Bierkönig. So the location is great
