HM Balanguera Beach - Adults Only

I arrived at around 2:00 a.m. in the morning and it was supposed to be a 24/7 service but I had to wait at least 20 minutes by ringing the bell and loudly asking for anyone available, when the receptionist arrived almost made me feel it's my fault if he was not there, saying now is the day after and it's late but are we really talking about the four star hotel? the flight is normally at that hour in Majorca so it's nothing strange and independently from that it is something you shouldn't do to a customer, apart from tha specific caset the staff in general is pretty cold and not friendly at all, even when I had a beer at the bar it looked like they were making me a favor

Great staff, good location. Had a stopover there and spent the night at this hotel. Easy to commute from and to airpor

The room was extremely small. The toilet and shower area were also very small. Although there was a balcony, it was right next to the road. However, the room was relatively clean. Considering the price, it wasn't good value enough for this price. We almost paid 250euros per night

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and I slept really well. The service was also very nice — the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place is simply perfect. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and we loved having a private balcony with sun loungers – such a relaxing touch. Breakfasts were absolutely amazing – varied, fresh, and delicious every morning. The hotel also has a sauna and a gym, which is a great bonus. The bed linen was spotless, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies! Special thanks for the hotel’s beautiful interior design – stylish, modern, and very cozy. The location is ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, literally right across the road. We also loved the opportunity to rent bicycles at the hotel. It took about 35–40 minutes to cycle to the city center, and I can’t even describe how enjoyable the ride was. I highly recommend renting bikes in the afternoon to enjoy the waterfront and the views. There’s also a rooftop pool, which we, unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to use since we only stayed for 3 nights – but I’m sure it’s just as perfect as everything else. We will definitely stay here again next time – no doubt about it!

The hotel I made a reservation was closed when I arrived at there. I wondered why the hotel was not informed me in advance.

The quality of food in breakfast is terrible. Don’t except too much. But price of room is fair in May. Good location, 2 min from bus station and beach.nice sky bar and swimming poor

Breakfast was fantastic, decent selection and variety, live egg station! Room was quite cozy and functional, although the decor was simple and slightly dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

30mins away from centre but close to beach and restaurants. Had a spacious and clean room.
