Beach is beautiful, personal is mostly rude, explained nothing about the hotel dismissed us very quickly for checking, sent u to concuerge who said we aould do a tour and all she did was basically dumped us in the middle of the hall, she was the rudest. Lady st the buffet entrance super unwelcoming as well and the mscicsn restaurant. We were only one night so it seems silly we couldnt book the mexican restaurant, we went to ask and the restaurant was completley empty. They said it was super full and also flr the italian when actually it was never full either of them. Buffet menu for dinner is dissapointing, very few opions and my pasta was undercooked. Beds are very uncomfortable and is super noisy in the hotel you hear every person walking on the stairs.

Our stay was ok, to be an all inclusive hotel it has its catch. Hotel is run with minimal staff, the wait on all bars are between 10 to 15 minutes. We booked our hotel approximately 6 months in advance however one of my family members had an accident were he lost his leg and unfortunately the hotel werent able to acomódate us to a first level room.

The service was terrible in all areas. Limited food variety. Every day they serve the same food at the restaurant, only one restaurant available with no reservation. The snack bar did not have food available at all times, we have to wait even for warm bread and sausages for hot dogs, but the worst is the cookers were there and knew what we were waiting for and did not cared. At the bar, bar tender had attitude every time we asked for drinks.
It is a resort that served the local people, and severs have better attitudes with them.
My family did not enjoy at all this vacation. We are not coming back or recommending this resort.

I really liked this place but it has some issues. The properly is beautiful with an inner garden area, nice pools and good beach access. The food was very good too.
The downsides were just two things mainly. The pressure to get you into a timeshare (vacation club, whatever) pitch are really bad. The “concierge” is most definitely not looking out for your best interests and has a singular goal of getting you into “an informative 90 minute presentation”. The other thing is maintenance. There is a pervasive sewer odor in the rooms and common areas. Lots of guests talked about it. You’d have to hold your nose when first using your sink in the morning or walking past some parts of the properly. There was also a smoke detector somewhere close to our room with what seemed to have a low battery. Heard it chirp every 30 seconds for six days despite asking the front desk several times to look at it.
I guess they will just wait for the battery to die so the noise stops.
Again, we kind of liked this place but they need to address these items.

I didn't like that we were transferred to another City Hotel (not a Beach Hotel) because looks like they did over booked. We were promised a Premium Room when we were coming back the next day , but no, we were put on the same level we purchased. They provided Premium Bracelets which in the end there are not that different from what other bracelets. We didn't feel receiving premium service . But the Staff were nice excluding the hostess on the Mexican restaurant which they messed up the reservation times and they did not allowed us to dine there.. Rooms are kind of small for two double beds and 4 people..

Just a great property, staffed with great people. The travel shop employees helped me with excursions that I didn’t even book through them. The buffet was excellent and the views spectacular.

The staff in general did not want to give any type of assistance. The beach was excellent. A decent place to lay your head, but nothing more should be expected. The beds were good!
