The service was great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The resort itself was beautiful and very nice. The food wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t terrible either. Great drinks.

This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive

Resort and rooms were very nice and beautiful. Everything seemed very clean.
The beach was pretty but not my fav. It was rocky and the sargasum was awful on the beach and in the water.
Staff exceptionally friendly except for a few female bartenders.
Food at the buffet got old quick. Make sure your husband packs pants and closed toe shoes so you can eat at the other options.
Loved the wildlife on the property they were fun to watch.
This resort is huge, which I loved but be prepared to get your steps in.
The main party pool had an awesome swim up bar. People put their towels out on lounge chairs to reserve them but then they sit empty all day kinda frustrating.

Has to wait for my room 40 minutes. My room was next to the road with heavy traffic 24/7. Impossible to rest. It is 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, which is dirty as hell. Food from breakfast to dinner is horrible. That hotel is for sure not a 5 star, 3 star max

Staff was very nice, from the time you get there to the time you leave. Its quiet away from kids. It would be nice if the beach was cleaned more often as there was alot of sea****. The children friendly side had a nicer beach and cleaner also a section that blocked off waves sonthe swimming was nicer.

We had such a great time here, and plan on coming back! The food was great and the staff were very friendly. The evening entertainment was so much fun. They really go all out for their guests.
