The place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all .
I will not stay here ,again.
I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored.
Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄
So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby.

Just got back from 3 nights all inclusive at this hotel.. we paid £250 all inclusive so had minimal expectations. We arrived at 11.30am to the room being ready and a very friendly member off staff We were in a room located on pizza hut side of the building in a large room plenty of space clean and wellsized bathroom Room was cleaned daily You can hire pool towels for 10 euro Food was lovely at all 3 meals plenty of choice always warm They even had gluten free breakfast choices Tea coffee juice wine beer etc all available with meals Pool area was lovely good background music again clean and large and spacious Drinks werent the best tasting this was our only downfall really We had no issues with noise on the night from front bars Very secure hotel and lovely hotel Cheap cheerful break

I’ve rated this 3 star only because there’s no drawers to put anything in so kept everything in my suitcase on the floor. We were situated right next to the restaurant/ breakfast time, room 34 which was very noisy in the morning around 7.45am, we did ask to be moved but no rooms available as it was full. Shower & hairdryers were fab though , food wasn’t great either so we ate out every day & night .

As a half-board guest, this hotel refused to provide us with a free glass of water during dinner to take medication against all Spanish laws. The staff is quite rude and completely lacks understanding and kindness. I dont recommand this hôtel

This hotel is absolutely brilliant as far as location goes, and the staff within are fantastic also. However unfortunately for my friend and I, thats where it stopped on this occasion. When booking, we asked to be kept away from the canteen area as it can be really noisy, we also requested we have an upper level room but sadly this never happened we were put in the basement, again, yes away from the canteen, but right next to the water fountains that are also really noisy. I don’t know what the mattresses were made of but the noise they made EVERY time I moved was horrendous, I think it might have been some kind of foam, rotten! We did enquire about another room but unfortunately there was nothing available. If coming back to stay there again I’ll be asking and demanding to be roomed on an upper level away from all the floor noise. Hopefully the beds are better up there too. Didn’t stop us having a good time but when you just want a good sleep, this didn’t really happen.

Not the greatest, food was edible, 8 times out of 10 food was cold. For the hotel to brand the restaurant as excellent buffet is very misleading, barely any food on display. Rooms were clean to good standards, had a creaky/broken floorboard in the bathroom though which got annoying. Stayed Half board and I’d recommend staying anything less than that if you are interested in good food, so many great restaurants around the outside of the hotel much more worth the money. Hotel is in a great central location, close to many things. Overall a good hotel just not the food.
