Nice room with a great view (638). Hotel was clean. Exelent and friendly staff. Very good food even if it was a little noice in the restaurant but if you chose when to eat, it was no problem. Love the bald guy in the poolbar 😄Nice and calm location near the beach at Las Burras.

Only a few minor negatives. It’s a little tired in places. The entertainment area was akin to factory canteen. It was immaculately clean. Very amenable staff. One or two of the younger staff could do with a bit of interpersonal training. Plenty of food choice and of a good standard. Not the usual wishy-washy all-inclusive drinks. Great value for money for a 3*. Would definitely consider a revisit. I would recommend paying the extra €70 for the sea view. (7 days)

So today is the last day of our holiday. For 2 adults & 2 kids (14 & 17) in 2 rooms travelling in April, this is our review. Good Points: * Bed super comfy * Air con worked well. * Very clean throughout * Food was varied each day, especially the extensive salad section. * Chilled vibe * Staff all cheery & helpful * Plenty of sun beds & no need to allocate early * Animation team were fun, hardworking & the activities varied * Location perfect - 15/20 minutes walk in to Playa del Ingles where there was a great selection of bars, restaurants & shops. The hill isn’t too bad. * Beach a 2 minute walk Not so Good Points: * Cocktails via machine - only takes a few extra seconds to make a fresh one. * The pool bar only opened selected nights therefore in the inside bar became busy with queues. * The rooms could do with a refresh (but were clean & attended to each day) * Food could be better labelled. * A fridge in the room would have been nice. We have all enjoyed our week here, the previous reviews did put us on edge to what we were going to receive but genuinely this hotel is better than the reviews suggest. If you’re now thinking “shall I book?” - I would.

Just returned from a week AI at the Relaxia. Hotel: All areas are beautifully clean, lots of seating areas, great staff on reception, entertainment was OK, lovely pool bar. Room: Not modern but very clean, beds are SO comfortable, maids are great, some bbc TV, lovely balcony facing the beach which was well worth the upgrade of 56€. Pool: We only used the quiet pool, it was all very clean and the pool is heated. Loads of sunbeds and umbrellas. Restaurant: Great staff, lovely food, so many options for all meals and everything was cooked well and hot. We don't really drink so can only say that the lager and soft drinks were good. Area: 2min to the beach through the back gate, lovely walk up the steps to Player Del Ingles, great market there wed/sat. We used the coastal path to walk to Maspalomas, very manageable 40mins. Supermarket next to the hotel. Small let downs: People smoking by the pool, pool bar closes some evenings, which is a shame as it's a lovely place to sit.

Currently staying with my disabled parents and tui hadn't arranged a disabled room, next day after arriving room was changed straight away. From food to staff and rooms everything is excellent lots to choose from for all meals. Staying on an ai basis and we have stayed in 5 star prior to here and honestly been amazing staff cleaners and entertainment staff amazing. Beach just behind hotel which is also lovely Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Last minute booking and three stars seems about right overall. Outside pool area is really good and the snack and pool bar, when open, also better than expected. Snack and pool bars appear to close if it rains!? Never too much of a queue at the bars and only gripe was the thimbles of beer served at the inside bar. Hotel itself is very clean and staff always friendly and helpful. The rooms and restaurant are however very dated, very clean with surprisingly comfy beds and for what we paid we can’t complain. Always got something we liked for breakfast and lunch for the most part. Dinner was a hit and miss affair. Nice mainly flat walk along to San Augustin or take ‘heart attack hill’ to the right towards main resort and Maspalomas. Hill really not that bad but slippy in the rain. Saw people taking a wheelchair down the ramp which can be done but wouldn’t recommend (I did offer to help). Entertainment at night not great and animation team aimed at young people would appear. Lots of Spanish and Germans. Why do all Germans stare like that? Resort very quiet until you reached Maspalomas. Its advertised as three stars so pretty good value for money, no great complaints but unlikely to go back.

Lovely clean hotel, food quality, quantity and choice was brilliant. Plenty of sun beds, pool areas and pool toilets spotless. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Only downside was the poor entertainment/entertainment staff. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient.

Hotel, grounds, poole areas, rooms are all spotless. Breakfast very good, lunch ok, evening meals a bit hit and miss. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever had on holiday. Great location. Orlando car hire was brilliant, they are in hotel every morning, don't hassle you. Price to upgrade to seaview room very reasonable. My only ****** was no fridge. Would return and would recommend this hotel.

We had no complaints whatsoever! I honestly don't know why there are any bad reviews - this is a 3* hotel, so do not expect 5* accommodation and facilities! The food is buffet style, with lots of choice...the all inclusive drinks are local brands, but if you want, you can pay for branded spirits etc... the staff work really hard, and are very friendly, always smiling... everywhere is really clean, and there are daytime activities and evening entertainment if you want it...What's not to like?
