The hotel is a visual feast for the eyes. Every detail has been thought of, from the design of the roof where you park, to the deck chairs, the colorful scatters, the art in the passages & landings and the uniforms of the staff. There is an incredible art gallery (with an underground pool room) as well as magnificent sculptures in the garden. Sunsets and the sea can be viewed from your balcony, the downstairs pool area or the upstairs pool deck. The staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is sublime. It worth every penny!

We stayed here for one night while driving the Garden Route, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was simply beautiful and easily one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Knowing it was our honeymoon, the staff went above and beyond by upgrading us to an incredible room, which we truly appreciated. The bar was another highlight of our stay. We spent a few relaxing hours there, chatting and connecting with other guests, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Plettenberg Bay!

Awesome service, great food and wine, stunning views! Great place to take overseas visitors! Neat and v clean! Great for Sundowners and a platter and then move in and have a delicious dinner! Our waiter Blessing was outstanding!! The manager was also extremely friendly and helpful!! Great asset to Plett!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Service great. we stayed for dinner and our 3 meals were reasonably priced. Lovely artwork in the hotel, good gym and little extra touches

What an amazing experience at the hotel from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is peaceful with fantastic views. We will definitely be coming back!

Front desk receptionist, room preparation & cleaning staff, dinning area waiters and waitresses were exceptionally phenomenal (thank you) There person that was on the dining area reception Saturday evening (22/03/2025), could do better than how she treated us that night (welcoming, non judgemental receipt of guests) will do the establishment better. Please kindly tidy up your private dinner wine cellar to the rest of the establishment
