You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Villa Les Mouettes was the first house built on the dunes of Saint Eden inIts position at the top of the dune offers it an exceptional panorama of the sea, in line with the sunsets. The villa Les Mouettes was bought by my grandparents in the 1960s. I had the chance to spend all my summers there and then to buy it back. My husband and his father completely renovated it and we let's improve as we go. The magnificent sea view can be enjoyed from the main room (living room/dining room/kitchen) as well as bedrooms, sauna and bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a queen size bed with quality bedding and its private bathroom with sink and shower. It is possible to add a child's mattress or cot in each room. Each floor is equipped with a toilet with washbasin. There is also a downstairs shower room with large shower and washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped, you will find a Nespresso coffee maker. The garden is not closed: it gives direct access to the beach on one side, on the other it gives access to the coastal footpath: Gr 34, offering beautiful walks from the house.
