We welcome you to our fully renovated and very well equipped house, which will seduce you with its location and its layout, all in a fully enclosed garden. A few steps from the house is the nautical center of Plouescat, with sailing school, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities: sailing courses for all ages from 4 years old, sea kayak rentals , windsurfing, catamaran, optimist, paddle, aquagym sessions at sea, swimming lessons, etc ... in complete safety, the water is monitored. For lovers of sand yachting, a great spot is less than a 15-minute walk from the house on Kernic Bay.
