Holiday house ideally located 50m from the sandy beaches and the small fishing port of Porsguen in Plouescat, a seaside resort on the north coast of Finistère. We welcome you to our fully renovated and very well equipped house, which will seduce you with its location and its layout, all in a fully enclosed garden. A few steps from the house is the nautical center of Plouescat, with sailing school, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities: sailing courses for all ages from 4 years old, sea kayak rentals , windsurfing, catamaran, optimist, paddle, aquagym sessions at sea, swimming lessons, etc ... in complete safety, the water is monitored. For lovers of sand yachting, a great spot is less than a 15-minute walk from the house on Kernic Bay. You can also enjoy many other activities such as fishing at low tide (shrimp, cockles ...), long walks on the local beaches like Porsmeur or Menfig, hiking on foot or by bike (we are located on the GR 34 "Sentier des Douaniers"), the discovery of Océanopolis in Brest, the pleasure of exploring the surroundings and its magnificent landscapes: the dunes of Keremma (classified natural site) and the Bay of Kernic in Plouescat, Carantec and its castle Bull, the famous Château de Kerjean (16th century), Roscoff and the island of Batz, etc ... as well as the Plouescat casino, 3 km from the house. 1 MAISON IDÉALEMENT SITUEE. CADRE TRÈS AGREABLE A 2 PAS DE LA PLAGE. CALME MAIS PAS ISOLÉE. Vacances très calmes, car nous avons tous les 2 été malades.Très peu de visites de ce fait. La maison était 1 refuge parfait.Bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage Das Haus ist toll, sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt sehr nah an dem kleinen Hafen und dem Strand und sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt zu François, dem Besitzer, war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Der sehr nette Schwiegervater hat uns vor Ort empfangen, die Schlüsselübergabe lief total problemlos. Die Umgebung ist natürlich ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Merveilleuses vacance à Porsguen ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour! La maison est parfaite : une propreté irréprochable, un équipement complet, tres bien située. Balcon face à la mer tres agréable et jardin clos idéal avec un chien. A deux pas du port de Porsguen et de tres belles ballades sur le sentier des douaniers et sur la plage. Une vrai bouffée d'oxygène !

Séjour ressourçant Merci à jean Paul qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée avec de très bons conseils au niveau restaurants et sites à voir dans les environs. La maison est très bien équipée, très bien décorée, la literie est au top, il ne manque donc rien pour passer de bonnes vacances. Et le petit plus c’est la vue mer avec la plage de Porsguen à 50 mètres. Nous reviendrons pour de prochaines vacances sans hésiter.
