Cambria Hotel Plymouth

Very clean and nice for the price - i felt very secure in the fact that the place was very clean. The only bit of constructive criticism that i have is that the place needs lamps or better lighting. I was there for a wedding and couldn't see well enough when getting ready as there weren't any bright lights in the room. Add a floor lamp or two and you are in business

The best part of the stay at the Cambria is checking out. The hotel has been renovated, so everything is shiny and new, but the renovation is done poorly, and lacks care. The room I stayed in did not have hot water so when I called the front desk, they asked if I would like to change rooms after sending up a service technician. I opted to change rooms the following day to only arrive to a room that only had hot water. In addition to my hot and cold water, the hotel rooms, smell of all the glue and chemicals used in the renovation and makes for a very troublesome sleep.

I would give a zero. Booked months ago for a my daughter's wedding next week and so did all of my family attending the wedding. Got an email yesterday that they were cancelling the reservations because of permits not being approved. So we had to find alternative hotels paying alot more because of it being last minute. I will never stay at one of their hotels. They should have said something when we booked that it was a possibility. They added so much stress on top of an already stressful situation.
