Was warmly greeted at the front desk at 9:30 pm- definitely a late check in. Clean room. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Had to skip the breakfast.

We will definitely go back there when there is a show to watch at the Spire Center. We talked about coming back for two nights next time. How cool is it to drive up to your hotel door and walk right in! People want convenience and that’s what you provide. We are sorry we missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, but that was no fault of Best Western. Excellent!

Room was dirty, stuff growing behind tv. Housekeeping left my door open one day. Breakfast lady stares at you the whole time in area. Not consistent with housekeeping. Never enough towels for people in room. Had to get more everyday.

Our stay was lovely. The room was immaculate, perfectly climate controlled, quiet, and the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever! The free breakfast had excellent choices, and the staff was professional and very nice! All at a very affordable rate! Thank you!
