Within minutes of two winter resorts: Snowshoe & Silvercreek, 5 minute drive to Snowshoe village where you'll find ample shopping, restaurants and boutique shops. Activities include - snowboarding, skiing, tubing, snowmobiles, mountain biking, fishing, boating, golfing, swimming, lake side beach area and water park, and seasonal festival throughout the year. The Space - New furniture in the family room - Fully stocked kitchen - New mattresses - 3 queen beds, 1 full, 2 bunk beds and sofa bed in lower level bedroom - Baby friendly; pack and play, booster seat, baby bowls and silverware - Smart TVs in every bedroom and family room - Outdoor grill - Bike/ski shop style storage room in the garage - Washer/Dryer in Unit - Toaster - Keurig and coffee maker - First aid kit in pantry - Dog bowls under the sink - Nest video doorbell - 5 Minute drive to the village - 2 Minute walk to snowshoe shuttles - 1 Minute drive to Silver Creek - 2 Minute drive to Old Spruce Brewing Guest access Guest will have access to all 3 levels of the home. Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the home, we don't allow parties and smoking/vaping of any type. Quiet hours 9pm - 7am ***Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. Check-in time is normally 5 p.m., but Owners may change these times if needed to accommodate service or housekeeping needs. Any changes will be communicated to you by Owners as early as possible. Great Place to Stay Our family of 5 stayed here for some spring skiing, and the condo was great! The ability to bring our two dogs was also a bonus. The house was clean and included plenty of blankets and towels. We kept it easy in the kitchen, but had everything we needed. The garage setup is awesome, plenty of ski and gear storage, would be just as good for bikes. It's a super easy walk to the shuttle stop, like 200 feet.

Nice place overall This was a nice place over all and we had a great time, however there was no propane for the grill (which is listed as an amenity, but couldn’t be used). We had to use the oven instead and it was so dirty all the smoke alarms went off after the first use at 400 degrees.

Great Times! This was the first trip for five of us to Snowshoe and it was great. The condo was perfect for our family. The host was informative, prompt with responses, and helpful. The bottom floor was perfect for the bikes with racks and a wash station hose for bike clean up. Ou son and his wife said it was the best place they ever stayed in Snowshoe. They bike there several times a season.

10/10!!!! Great location and layout. Everything you could ever need! I would recommend and I will stay here again in the future. Rooms are spacious and have everything you could ever need. The host was excellent at communicating and answers any questions very quickly. Very clean and the garage was perfect for hanging clothes to dry. Fast internet and plenty of beds and tv's. Thanks Javier!!

Excellent winter break trip Our stay at Creekside Villas was fantastic. We arrived a couple of hours early trying to beat the blizzard into town and Javier was quick to respond to our request to check in a couple of hours early. The villa was stocked with all the essentials and it was very clean and inviting. It was perfect for our 2 family ski trip. The shuttle picked us up in the mornings for a quick drive to the slopes. Thanks Javier for allowing us to rent the awesome villa and for your fast and friendly responses.
