Hotel antigo, enxoval desgastado, comida ruim. Falta muito para ser um resort. Apenas 1 elevador para suprir todos os hóspedes. Piscina adulto super pequena. Os monitores razoáveis . Nao recomendo pelo custo benefício e nao voltaria.

O atendimento é realizado por pessoal muito inexperiente e jovem(garçons, garçonetes, etc...),deixam muito à desejar, horário de atendimento até as 23hs, sendo que 22hs já estavam apagando as luzes e deixando de servir no bar. Limpeza com água e sabão sendo realizada nas bancadas de self service ainda com as pessoas se servindo, mal nos servimos e já estavam querendo tirar os pratos, por muitas vezes faltaram talheres e pratos. Pedimos que verificassem o cofre do nosso apartamento por 2 vezes e nada. Alimentação sem grandes opções e geralmente fria. Nos decepcionamos com o hotel de maneira geral, elevadores não compatíveis com o número de hóspedes com muita demora.

Tudo muito bom! A limpeza é excelente, tudo muito agradável! A educação e prestação dos colaboradores é excelente! Tranquilo com muitos lugares para descansar. Tem atividades na área de lazer e passeios para cachoeira, por exemplo. A variedade de alimentos é muito boa. As bebidas também, tanto para quem curte bebida com álcool e também para quem não bebe álcool,tem bastante variedade, inclusive de drinks! A criançada diverte muito. Mas mesmo, casais, como foi meu caso, o hotel é excelente!! O lugar é muito bonito e muito bem cuidado!

Hotel muito bom para um fds em família, all inclusive perfeito, funcionários super atenciosos, piscinas quase perfeitas (a infantil poderia ser aquecida tbm.), parquinhos e brinquedoteca poderiam melhorar (falta manutenção nos brinquedos), colchão e travesseiros não são confortáveis, mas foi um ótimo fim de semana em família.

Esperava muito mais pelo fato do nome ser "golden" e o valor ser acima do Village. Está com infiltrações/mofo em parte do teto da piscina coberta, sala de jogos sem manutenção, mesas precárias (descascando, com caimentos) com a rede furada e na outra ao abrir a gaveta cai tudo, raquetes de ping pong lamentáveis. Piso do elevador quebrado, ar-condicionado muito antigo e barulhento, não tem mais academia, pouca variedade de comida (bem fraco e principalmente no jantar), canais da tv que não pegam direito, a única coisa que salvou, foi os funcionários que são ótimos/educados.
