Posizione stupenda, personale cortese e gentilissimo;servizio non perfetto, in tre giorni di soggiorno niente cambio asciugamani ; buono il rapporto qualità prezzo…….forse dovrebbero dare una sistemata all’impianto dell’aria condizionata troppo rumoroso nella stanza

Staff were very friendly and helpful ; in particular the lady who checked us in on arrival.The food was very good - we dined there in the 2 evenings we stayed & choices were good. I must comment on the plentiful selection of choices available at breakfast which included local specialities - delicious. The rooftop area with loungers of various types was lovely. We had a sea view room which was spacious and comfortable . Nice area to stay to visit here and other places on the coast down to Santa Maria de Leuca & inland.

We stayed at this property 3 nights The hotel has a very central location close to the Terme A special discount is provided and it is a very great experience which is recommend anyone to do Hotel staff are simply amazing from the young guys at the Breakfast, the housekeeping ladies and Emanuele and the rest of the team at the Reception are very accommodating and willing to fix any guest request The Breakfast options are better than other hotels, the fresh cheese was mind blowing The room was facing the mountain at the back, which was beautiful, very quiet and close to the parking It is an excellent place, the staff very respectful and no one really bothers you with silly requests I would definitely come back next year

We stayed here as part of an organised walking holiday. I feel terrible for writing negatives as the staff here were fantastic- friendly and helpful. However, our room was so tiny, the air con worked but was ineffective and noisy (35 degree heat here!) and the bathroom was awful- my husband could barely fit in the shower and everything in it was very poor quality (fixtures and fittings) had a terrible sleep and breakfast was not very good compared to the other hotels we stayed in around Puglia ( poor choice and quality) I’m sorry to say. The room was the main issue.

A place that feels like home! Choose the rooms with the magnificent view over the seaside and you will enjoy waking up every morning with the beautiful light coming in and the sound of the waves crashing. I've been visiting Santa Cesarea Terme in October for work, it is out of season but the weather was super nice and I could still enjoy the sun in the weekends. The personnel is so sweet and takes good care of guests: we were a big group of people and we felt part of the family by the end of our stay, we didn't want to leave! Very grateful because when you are away from home for a while, feeling the warmth, the smiles and the good care makes a huge difference in your experience. And the location, oh, look at the view :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel Mediterraneo this September. Sure- it‘s not 5Star Luxury and the bathrooms are tiny, but apart from that the hotel offers all you need really. Splendid location, comfy beds, seafront rooms with a spectacular view, good breakfast that you can enjoy on the outside terrace, a/c and free parking. Add a super nice and helpful staff- what more can you ask for. Wish i could have stayed longer.
