Good location. The outside looks dodgy . The steps are broken and there's a lot of garbage in front of the building. The host isn't very warm or friendly eventhough I had no hassles checking in last year, she seemed a bit annoyed this year. Anyway its really close to the beach and restaurants. Great moneys worth . Not luxury but decent

I didn't take pictures but the room was ok. Family trip, only needed a room to rest for a few days. Quiet, fully equipped. Probably just need to bring clothes... although the building is a bit old but overall it's a good choice for those who want to save a fair amount of money.
