Only located 2 blocks from the world famous Jenkinsons Point Pleasant Boardwalk and Beach. Home was completely renovated and updated to modern standards for the comfort of our guests. All new modern furniture, with a pullout sleeper in the family room area and also and additional sleeper in the same area. This house is walking distance to all the amenities you would desire. Beautiful Cape Style house with full kitchen, bathroom, sitting and dining area upstairs. 3 bedrooms located upstairs. Large outdoor deck with a large inground pool. Downstairs holds a large common room with a sectional sofa, futon, as well as a full bathroom and its own door. This can easily be used as a fourth bedroom. Fooseball table added for some additional fun!!! 6 beach badges are provided, 2 driveway parking spots We recommend bringing your own beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. We have provided a cart to take the items to the beach. From the 2025 season we will not be providing linens, but they will be available for an additional cost if needed. Walking distance to downtown Point Pleasant Beach, easy access to all of the restaurants and boutiques. Grocery store and amenities within walking distance. Also few minute walk from the central boardwalk area. No Parties allowed / No smoking on the property Minimum 7 night rentals with all checkouts on Saturday - if you need other dates please message us. Check in at 2pm and Checkout at 10am Smart locks to allow self check in / property manager on call for any issues.
