Hotel Kausi

We stayed 4 nights and some before, the manager at the front desk is rude doesn’t smile. He looks like he has a bit of an attitude. When I asked to double check the prices, it felt like he was just giving me an attitude there was no friendliness about him. The owner doesn’t pick up your call. After being there so many nights, the manager wouldn’t even store my baggage and just left it at the reception. After much asking why couldn’t he store it, he stored it in the end otherwise he said he has to go up and do it. Anyway everything else was okay but the guy at the front desk is just the most unfriendly person I have even met.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Wonderful staffs and well maintained hotel with its excellent hospitalilty. Newly boutique hotel with nice and comfortable beds with proper hygine with balcony, which make it perfect. Food was so delicious, and they are too good to take care of kids while we had dinner and breakfast. That was so nice of them. And they do have a rooftop to have a good view of mountains and surround. They helped us for our city tour and vehicles as well. Recommended all to stay @hotel Kausi during your visit at pokhara. Comfortable stay, with clean hotel and supporting staff. Decent food. Good location in front of Fewa lake. Spa services of differently abled (blind) is unique experience for me. It's in market place with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes

Comfortable property located in proximity of lake on Lake Road the happening place in Pokhara. Rooms r comfortable n buffet spread in breakfast, lunch n dinner were delectable. Thupka n momo served were amazing. Personalised service in restaurant. Roof of Hotel provides a good view of Himalayas when sky is clear. Staff courteous.

The rooms are airy and big with a luxurious feel, certainly a welcome after trekking in the Annapurna Circuit. Ask for the mountain view rooms, which unfortunately I did not have as the hotel seems full. The highlight was their manager Puspa. He attended to a friend who was sick and gave me his number to call even in the night. He recommended and helped me arrange a private yoga session too to help my back. Every morning he would enquire after my sick friend. Really helpful chap!
