Laxman khadka ( one of the croupted general manager of this property . Where is my coat. I have to told you thousand time you didn't responce me what a nonsance. Its my own coat not your company .. i have a lots of evidiences of yours about personal life . I told you if i didn't get my coat i will do somthing for you .if i found outside near the hotel gate let see. Always times thinking about corruption how to croupt frorm extra sale from car , paragldidig ,room sale, if need night girls for indian people always time . Always give toucher to staff . This hotel nobody being permanent becoz off this people always gives toucher no facilities no , basisc salary , no duty time staf f kitchen like a pig farm nothing good staf want to complain laxman khadha fire him asap so i need my coat other wise i will do something for you khadhe be safe .

hotel was excellent and the service was more excellent and enjoyable, i have a group of people all were very satisfied especially the captain koshish was very helpful and professional in service i would like to see him again in the future 🙂

Hotel staffs are thieves & Managements are not cordial & Helpful When we left the hotel for site seeing, a kitchen staff entered into our room , spent 8 minutes to toss everything. Took 10000 NPR from my bag.. When i raised complaint, the hotel management was not helpful at all and they were trying to portray that i have spent and forgot and lots of things without taking any steps for inquiry. . Then i took help of the tourist police and searched the CC TV footages and got the culprit. Complain slip and footage pictures are given Note: lastly hotel did refund the missing 10000 only..

We had a conference in pokhara for Nepal Association of Tour and Travel agents. It was great hospitality we had . Breakfast was so healthy. This is newly build hotel so all amenities are modern ,new and clean. Bed were very comfortable. I had sound sleep.

Location, view from hotel and Service of the hotel is excellent. Some correction is needed for room adjustment and air conditioner of hotel is not working properly. Behaviour of junior staff (sujata, prabha, arjun, ram, khusi) and attendant is excellent. I will visit at this hotel again in future.
