We stayed at hotel Mt View Pokhara before and after our Annapurna trek. Our second room on the 5th floor had great lightning and views, especially from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, the heating was great and the bathroom very clean. Our stay was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for your kindness!

At about $35/twin room/night, this hotel far exceed our expectations. Centrally located (within walking distance of the principal sites), clean, modern, comfortable, with reliable hot and clean showers (an amazing find in Nepal, as far I can tell), and a lavish morning buffet (included in the price) it was a great place to stay before and after our Himalayan trek. The staff were kind and accommodating, and anticipated Western needs. If you end up coming, make sure to head to the accessible roof terrace at sunrise to see the Himalayas towering to the north -- a breathtaking view.

A nice, reasonable and great place to decompress and rest after trekking. Great breakfast and hot showers. I was able to rest up and relax with a comfy bed. A much needed and welcomed place to re-charge.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel with stunning Mountain and Phewa Lake views. The staff were amazing, always friendly, and ready to help. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay.

We spent the time here before and after the Annapurna Base Camp trek. The facility is very comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious, bright and with a very spacious bathroom. The staff is very friendly. The location is near the lake and itcan be easily reached by walking

Situated perfectly near the lake side. Shops and restraints nearby. Really nice and helpfull staff. The hotel managers are always available and helpfully in every way. The hotel provides reliable and nice airport / tourist bus shuttle transport. We felt most welcomed.

Awful experience here. We had one morning to view waunrose from Sarangkot and we booked this through the hotel. We agreed 4:30am pick-up because it’s a very busy spot and traffic gets heavy so you need to arrive early (official sunrise is 6am). The front desk staff said it was booked for 4:30am but they lied to me and actually booked it at 5:15am with their own driver. I know because the driver told me. We then missed the start of sunrise and couldn’t get even a half decent spot. The hotel staff are completely useless and I even had to book the airport taxi 3 times because they are so incompetent. Sure they’re friendly and smile when you walk in, but don’t trust them to do anything for you. Completely useless. Also, they charge 40% more than local taxi and tour guides. So go elsewhere. They also tried charging me double on checkout, and even tried changing the airport taxi from 1.2k - 1.5k… I assume the front of deal staff pocket all the extra cash they scam out of people. Worst hôte stay in 2 weeks in Nepal. Jokers.

One of the very best hotels of Pokhara! Friendly staff, very helpful. Delicious breakfast and dinner. The coffee Americano is the best of the world, thanks to Ms Samila! Very clean hotel, nice big rooms, splendid shower. I had the most wonderful time in Pokhara since years!

Very modern and spacious hotel. Views from the rooftop in the morning gave a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel is situated close to the lake and an easy walk to the parks along the kale. The restaurant served wonderful dinners and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Sarmaila was a joy to have as our server and now friend. She was very professional and polite.
