It was written that the lake view stayed in and found that it was completely inconsistent. I asked the hotel and contacted the Ctrip hotel and said that they did not have a lake view at all, only a garden view and a city view, and how old the facilities are and how old the quilt is. There is no wifi in the room at all. There is a constant power outage all night. The sound of the machine that calls after the power outage can make you unable to sleep all night. What's more annoying is that at 7 o'clock in the morning, someone actually took the key card to open me. The door of the room, in short, this hotel will not send me to live in garbage

I visited Pokhra this November 2023. I stayed at the Landmark hotel. It is a great place to stay. It is located at a walking distance from the lake and the market. Ambiance of the hotel is excellent. Food is good. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and helpful. In fact I had some problems travelling by road from Kathmandu to Pokhra so the management immediately helped me to arrange for my air travel back to Kathmandu. I am really impressed by the overall experience at the hotel.

Service of the hotel is very good,chef and cook food is very nice and the reception service is also very good. I also like the hotels rooms which is spacious and comfortable. It is located near lakeside so it easy to travel ,I would recommend this hotel for every family who loves to travel.

Never take old building rooms, this much big hotel has only one lift, Indian food quality is not upto the mark except the stuff prathas, breakfast menu is nothing, no sandwiches, no South Indian etc... staff is very good, good location, improve food quality

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely front facade in wood carving & bricks. Hotel situated near lake. Check in extremely fast. Room spacious. Was clean. Bathroom clean with all toiletries. Bed comfortable. Linen & towels clean. Restaurant on first floor overlooking the road. Breakfast & food spread excellent. Service too was very good with smiling face. Staff was eager to help. Ground floor bar was good. Every evening there is a cultural show, performed by local artists. Overall a very good experience. Strongly recommended

LANDMARK HOTEL POKHARA Such a good and great experience in your hotel. Your hotel staffs are amazing and great specially Ms. ROZEENA. She is so helpful and guide us where we should visit and coordinate for transportation with convenient price. We have been visited few places recommended by her and that place was amazing even though my clients came from Malaysia and first time they have been visited to the Pokhara , their experience in Pokhara and facilities of landmark hotel really satisfied.
