Dei Serafini

We went to the Serafini cafe after reading the nice reviews and after purchasing excellent products at their shop. With great luck the table on the balcony overlooking the sea was free. The very kind staff brought us a delicious non-alcoholic fruit aperitif with excellent focaccia with tomato and stracciatella. Enjoying that breathtaking view costs €5 per person but it's worth it. Highly recommended for the quality of the products offered and the enchanting view.

We stayed only one night (unfortunately) in this delightful B&B and our room was located right above the reception, with a small terrace overlooking the square in front. The room is in typical Apulian style with exposed stones, nothing is left to chance and everything is furnished with care and taste. The landlady who welcomed us was very kind and patiently waited for us despite our delay (flight left 1 hour later). Breakfast (abundant and tasty) is served in the bar in front of the reception from which you have a breathtaking view. What can I say... a place to return to and which I highly recommend.

The room has excellent air conditioning and heating. In a clean, quiet and pleasant environment. Quality towels and personal hygiene items. Good shower. It has a minibar and we were welcomed with sparkling wine and water. We loved our stay! They helped us carry our bags up the stairs to our room. It would not be accessible for people with mobility difficulties, the elderly or children because of the last staircase to access the bed which does not have side protection.

Describing the experience of the stay and Serafini in a few words will certainly be an understatement. Entering the Serafini is immersing yourself in the truest Puglia: faces of women at work who do excellent things with their hands and their intellect Houses that respect the tradition of the historic centers renovated with a minimal design that respects the original material Small comforts that make you feel welcomed: from the bottle of wine at the entrance to the shower with chromotherapy, from the air conditioning in all the rooms and to excellent Internet The strong point of this experience is the meeting with the stories of the people participating in this project The morning opens with a typical brunch of the Apulian tables filled with every good thing from sweet to savory which has as its main course the smile and good eyes of two women of whom it is pleasant I meet the stories Not to mention the sober, attentive reception staff, caring down to the smallest details And here too, sorry to repeat, cheerful with the cheerfulness of the people who love doing their job Even more interesting is the all-female approach of the owner , Mrs. Tania, who wanted to come and meet us and suggested something to do and made sure to know at all times if there was something wrong. An example of enlightened matriarchy to which necessarily, in a culture of standardized power, it is rare to come across and therefore even rarer to respect, understand and celebrate

Great place, nothing to complain about! But as regards the structure, the services, the staff and above all the owner there would be a list of negative points 10 pages long if not more... our room was dirty, stained bed headboards and sheets, bathroom unusable due to the smell of moldy, exorbitant price and not worth it. Inexperienced and unqualified staff, and the icing on the cake, the owner of an impressive arrogance and rudeness... never again!!!!!
