Great location near rail. Super nice staff. Very clean and nice rooms. Great shower. Small rooms but very normal for this type of spot in a big city. Close to a wonderful food area. Shakespeare library, and Notre-Dame. Shopping and bars too.

We stayed for 4 nights. Had breakfast and experienced dinner during our stay. We were welcomed by Alexandre he was an excellent host. Very good english spoken by him. Showed us our garage parking explained everything you could possibly need to know. Made our stay pleasant. We often travel by touring motorcycle and this was a good safe location for our vehicle. The staff were friendly the food excellent. Well worth the stopover while touring the region.

Received a really nice welcome from the person at reception - sorry don’t know his name. Room was fine in the annex. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Evening meal was excellent. The restaurant was really popular so worth booking a table. Good service. Location good in the middle of town

Personnel tout à fait désagréable. Après avoir dû appeler trois fois pour enfin espérer poser ma question à un francophone, la réceptionniste ne la comprenant pas car parlant mal français, je suis tombé sur un personnage agressif qui me lance "je suis obligé de me lever pour vous répondre". Et inutile de préciser que je n'ai jamais pu poser ma question... De toute évidence, un hôtel à éviter coûte que coûte.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Aurillac, bel endroit , chaleureux et très bon restaurant pour la soirée étape mais plusieurs "fausses notes" pour la chambre. J'avais la chambre 102 dans le bâtiment principal ; 1er détail gênant dans le couloir où le manque d'éclairage fait que je ne vois pas la serrure de la porte Style / déco sympa dans la chambre, mais porte de douche coulissante cassée dans la SDB, ne coulisse plus... joints de la porte de douche pas nets: bref, la porte de douche a besoin d'être changée ... Miroir dans la SDB si bas que je me vois jusqu'au nez seulement.. Au petit déj le croissant servi n'est pas frais du tout . On m'a demandé la veille au soir si je souhaitais un croissant -pour avoir le bon compte et ne pas faire de gaspillage- , j'en déduis que ce sera un croissant frais du jour, pas du tout Piscine pas vue , pas testée

L’hôtel est peut-être 3 étoiles, mais la chambre que j’occupais ne l’est pas : Aucune étagère pour ranger ses affaires (la seule existante étant encombrée par un oreiller une couverture et un sèche-cheveu), une penderie ouverte avec quelques pauvres cintres de récupération et difficilement accessible car encombrée par une chaise, une salle d’eau avec juste une petite tablette au dessus du lavabo, impossible de poser ses affaires de toilette, mais surtout une cuvette de WC très entartrée ainsi que le bac de douche (joint moisi). De plus la fenêtre donnait directement sur la deuxième terrasse du restaurant : il est heureux que ce soir-là la clientèle n’ait pas été suffisamment nombreuse pour qu’elle soit occupée ! Points positifs : la literie propre et confortable, mais c’est le minimum qu’on puisse demander à un hôtel, personnel à l’accueil aimable. Si l’on veut séjourner dans cet hôtel, bien situé, il faut sans doute (?) préciser qu’on ne veut pas être dans l’annexe qui n’est pas digne d’un 3 étoiles.

Hôtel bien centré , personnels sympas ,restaurants nombreux à proximités ,garage un peu difficile d'accès ,mais également parking public sous terrain à proximité . Possibilité de prendre son P Déjeuner dans la chambre ,situation parfaite pour visiter AURILLAC et également cette partie du massif central
