Very nice hotel, cleanest I’ve stayed in so far. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and grounds are lovely. Only recommendation is having facial tissue, wash cloths and hand towels. Everything else was great. I’d stay here again, especially for the price!

This hotel surprised us! We have been on much more expensive hotels that was not half as good. It was clean and had a very pretty garden around the pool. The restaurant was cosy and had a good atmosphere. Staff was very nice, not all were good at english, but some were, and they were really friendly and helpful! The breakfast was AMAZING! A real traditional Sri Lanka breakfast, we got to try so many new things. Breakfast has been quite boring on the other hotels, always the same fruit, sliced bread and jam. This was completely different. Would give more stars if i could!

Best place in Sri Lanka, best restaurant! Lovely Family and perfectly Service! Nice Pool and a really beautiful garden. Perfect for familiys with small Kids. Best breakfast with a lot of delicous food!

We stayed in this hotel last week of november. They gave us the room close to pool area and it was very clean. And also, this hotel is about 3.5km away from the city. This hotel is maintain by a family and they were very friendly. We rented a scooter from the hotel, yes the scooter was good. Everything was perfect so can highly recommend this place

I've made a reservation at this property via *********** for a friend of mine. Just to make sure that everything is good with the reservation I called the owner to find that they do not honor reservations for locals. When I mentioned that I did not have this information when I did the booking via *********** the owner got offended and informed that they will cancel the reservation. The last minute cancelation was highly inconvenient and the rude and unprofessional attitude of the owner was the highlight :) If you are a Sri Lankan, don't reserve. You are better off with other similar properties where the owners know the value of customers.

This compact and simple family-run hotel is situated about 4km from Polonnaruwa town and archaeological site. It has a calm location, well away from the main road, a verdant garden, a well-maintained swimming pool, kind staff and decent food. There is a variety of accommodation, ranging from small bungalows to cheaper and more spartan rooms in the main building. decent. The hotel does not have bikes for guests, but tuk-tuks are easy to arrange. Good value at this price point.

We had a good and comfy stay at the hotel. The staffs are friendly. Cleanliness is tip top and breakfast is superb. We had a good time there and even manage to had a swim in the pool. Good environment and location.

The resort was very nice. Everything was super clean and the pool was just gorgeous. The host was very friendly and could fulfill every wish. The food was super delicious and we can recommend the lime soda. :-) It is a quit place we’re zu can chill and relax and sip nice drinks. There is a huge parking area we’re you can park tuktuk or car. We were very happy. Thank you!

Fantastic location with greenish surrounding and the sunset was amaizing. Friendly staff and their service is great. Clean bed rooms made our day tireless. There was delicious food and so tasty. Clean swimming pool and its experience was mind blowing. Thanks for everything!!!
