Terrible hotel, large room but not working, broken bathroom drain, hydromassage shower that didn't work, very poor breakfast, it has nothing of a 4 star rating, much less a resort. Chosen only because he was the only free man in Pompeii... Now I understand why. They demanded advance payment (justifying it with the lack of staff) because by doing it outgoing they would have had to reduce the demand. My friends had a broken shutter, communicated as soon as they arrived, it was never repaired, nor the room replaced. Absolutely not to return.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità Finora il miglior rapporto prezzo qualità trovato a pompei. È un 4 stelle scarso. Meglio sarebbe un tre stelle buono. Però ottima posizione vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e reception aperta 24 su 24. Questi sono stati i motivi per cui ho scelto la struttura. Buoni i letti e la colazione. Personale gentile. Mancava solo qualche bustina di docciaschiuma nel bagno. Ma forse solo perché siamonkn stagione bassa. Comunque da consigliare

Troppo vetusto e con problemi tecnici. L'aria condizionata non è regolabile dalla camera e quindi o al massimo oppure spenta . Il nome altosonante che richiama ad un "Resort" è di fatto il solito tranello per non chiamarlo in altra maniera . A mio parere da evitare fino a quando non sarà completamente ristrutturato .
