Hotel inserido no meio da exuberante Mata Atlântica com ótimas instalaçôes.Piscinas quente e fria.Trilhas,cascatas .Fui infeliz em escolher de segunda a sexta,éramos só os dois no hotel,por isso nao tinha buffet.Nao gostei e tb dos bichos q me picaram tanto q ainda estou sofrendo as consequências .Funcionários e a proprietaria foram muito atenciosos.

O hotel é um verdadeiro refúgio! Belíssimo lugar, instalações em excelente estado e funcionários extremamente prestativos. Os quartos são enormes e a água quente nunca falha! Só não espere uma internet de qualidade.

Há um bar/ boate no interior do hotel sem tratamento acústico, são quase 1 da manhã e está impossível de dormir. Não faz sentido para um hotel que cobra mais de 700 reais a diária. Eu NÃO recomendo se sua proposta é descansar, você precisa ter sorte para não ter festa no dia.

O hotel é incrivel, otima estrutura.
A falta de experiencia com o app da hotéis.com deixou a situação bem desconfortável, como foi a estadia realizada o pagamento direto pelo app, eles nao tinham conhecimento de como funcionava e comentavam sobre o ocorrido em cada passada pela recepção.
A comida que serve no local é muito boa e os atendentes são super atenciosos.
