A tiny and cozy place, It’s a recovered house with an amazing view to the old city. Pros: Nice view and friendly staff Good breakfast Cons: Tiny rooms The second building has a lot of humidity and lack bad smell due to the lack of usage, ensure that you choose the main one.

Great views across the river. Room small and bathroom huge but both worked well. Good decor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast apart from lack of fresh squeezed orange juice and not very hot coffee. No tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel is small modern and lovely, siting on the river just by the Ponte de Lima old bridge. We had room second floor looking at the water and the church next door, beautiful view. Room is not big but comfortable with big specious comfy bathroom. Breakfast was very good.

Room is too small for two. We had to pick our way around our suitcases on the floor. Furniture, a clothes rack and a table, are meant to look ‘minimalist’ but are just cheap and are showing signs of wear. Painting two walls black and two white is not enough to call this room well designed. The paintwork is scuffed and marked. Oddly the bathroom was spacious but the extractor fan did not work. There are no tea and coffee making facilities. No drinking water in the room. The fridge was left unplugged. Wires around the TV visible loosely hanging down the wall. In the public areas some of the furniture is worn and peeling. Upon arrival the receptionist was unfriendly. Gave us our keys but no indication of where to find the room or the lift or stairs. He also forgot to say that to have our room cleaned we needed to put out a card ( never heard of this before, it’s normally the other way around). A very disappointing experience. The breakfast was good though.

Modern design hotel just near the bridge of Ponte de Lima, maybe too much design even! Reception was friendly and location is good to discover both sides of the bridge. The room is rather small, same for the double bedding. Breakfast was good and tasty. Everything was clean.
