The cottage is located in the Auvergne volcano park in the countryside with views of the Sioule valley. This cottage is 90m2 with a 30m2 terrace and adjoining land. It is made up of two bedrooms, one of which is a 25m2 attic master bedroom (140cm bed) with a view of the Sioule valley and one bedroom that can accommodate 3 people (3 single beds, two of which can be joined). Prafot for families: A baby bed can be made available with high chair, stroller, bed bar - Provision of games and books for children of all ages. Separate WC and a shower room. Equipped kitchen open to living room and terrace with also a view of the valley. Equipment: integrated kitchen with freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, senseo coffee maker, mixer ... The living room is open on the terrace, it is equipped with a leather sofa and armchair, a television with a Dvd player. WiFi is available. 30m2 terrace with garden furniture, it overlooks the valley in a green setting with no neighbors. *** Booking conditions *** - Security deposit of 300 euros from on arrival and delivery within 7 days after departure - Cleaning to be done before the deposit is returned. - A deposit of 50 € will be requested on arrival for cleaning and returned within 7 days - Only one animal allowed To note Animals are present around the lodging: a horse, chickens, cows and two dogs very nice with the children. *** Shops are 700m away *** Nearby activities: - Hiking (GR441, Tour of the chain of Puys, GR30 Tour of the lakes of Auvergne) - Puy shopine walk - Puy des drops from where you can see the chain of Puys accessible with children of all ages (4kms) - Walks for all levels from the Gîte. - Walks for children to waterfalls. - Visit of the Château Dauphin (12th century medieval fortress 1km away) - Vulcania amusement park (8kms) - Volcan de lemptegy (8kms) - the hive of Puys (4kms) - Lake Servieres, Pavin, Guery. 28 kms - Trout fishing in Sioule - The meanders of Queuille - Stone house in Volvic - Visit and tasting of volvic waters. - 18 hole golf course at 10kms - Tuilieres and Sanadoires rocks. Très bien situé avec vue super vue sur la campagne. Espace intérieur très agréable donnant sur la terrasse où l’on peut prendre ses repas. Très belle vue sur la campagne.Belles randonnées proches. Isabelle est très sympathique et disponible si nécessaire. Nous avons été ravies. France

agréable weekend à Pontgibaud Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est grand, agréable, propre et bien rénové.Je le recommande.Les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.Le logement est en location depuis peu je pense, et gagnerait à être un peu mieux équipé, ce qui se fera certainement petit à petit.

Séjour parfait Vacances au top dans une superbe région malgré un temps capricieux. Logement super mignon, décoré avec goût, au calme et très bien équipé. Il est situé à deux pas des grands sites à visiter absolument Et pour finir, propriétaires d'une extrême gentillesse Je recommande à 1000% !!
