The stay was not good my first room had fleas being that it was late all they did was switch my room I asked gor a refund or half of and was told I could not . They were not even concerned. I also ask if they had some disinfectant spray but they could not give us or stay the room so I had to go to Walmart to buy Lysol .. which I always travel with my cleaning supplies but I left the bag home 😡😡. We have pictures of the fleas in the bed and on the air conditioner. The front desk lady lied and said that I was satisfied but I was not . This was unacceptable and really messed up our Anniversary weekend . Customer service only give me 10 of coins which I really don’t think that is acceptable. I request a refund but didn’t get. Never again
