Holiday Inn & Suites Savannah Airport - Pooler

Rooms were spacious and clean. Great amenities for everyone from the relaxing outdoor firepit and pool to the indoor bar and cafe. Completely updated hotel.

The motel is close to the Savannah Airport. Their website says they have shuttle service. Our flight leaves at 6:40 AM and we needed a shuttle at 4:30, but there is no shuttle service until 6:00. We booked here because of the airport shuttle. The website does not state the hours of operation for the shuttle! We now have to pay an additional $70 to park at the airport!

Sadly hotels in general are not as clean as they should be. Crumbs on carpet and chair. Bathroom needed some repairs and cleaning along the edges. However the hotel was quiet (except for being along an interstate highway) . Staff was very friendly and polite.

Very clean, comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very full and comfortable. Hotel is located right at the edge of Tanger Outlet Mall. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. Could hear the interstate but it really wasn't an issue. Water pressure was adequate but not great. We never had really hot water. After letting the water run for several minutes, it was warm but far from hot. When I mentioned it to the front desk, she said that no one else had complained (not being sarcastic) and no one was on duty who could look at it. She did offer to move us to another room (ugh) or open a room for us to shower in (but I had already showered and my wife was in the shower at that time). I ran the water in the men's restroom and it was no hotter so I don't think this was specific to our room. The vent in the bathroom made a periodic clanking sound, which sounded like a cover flapping in the wind. (I forgot to mention this to the front desk) The tires on the luggage dolly were not properly inflated and made it hard to push. I mentioned that to the front desk right after check-in and when I checked out, the one I used was just as bad. Other than the water issue, we'd stay again, but because of that, we won't.

This hotel is in a nice shopping area and generally felt safe. Our room was nice and overall felt updated. Not sure the most used surfaces such as mini fridge and mirrors and faucet were thoroughly cleaned. Price was on high side which would be fair but at that price basic attention to detail is expected. Light bulb in bedside lamps weren’t working. Cord on privacy blind was broken so bright at night and no privacy. Shower was Luke warm at best. Need to adjust hot water temp.

Very clean Hotel overall. Staff was awesome! My room was facing Route 95, so there was a bunch of road noise... I used a white noise unit to off set it so it wasn't a big deal, but for those who sleep lightly, it'll probably keep you up so ask for the front side of the hotel which faces stores ' huge parking area so nice and quite.

I frequently travel to PA by car and have passed this hotel on several occasions. I was not disappointed.

Unfortunately, my room was filled with ants. There were no other rooms available. The lady at the front desk came up and spayed Home Defense insecticide around the room and left.
