Borgo I Tre Baroni - Spa Suites & Resort

We left a day early out of desperation, my partner had booked this property for two nights and we found ourselves last night without radiators for a good 4 hours in the evening, it was snowing and cold outside, let me start by saying I have two children aged 2 and 3, we have I was very cold.. even though we informed the reception of this inconvenience they said they would fix it well I never slept due to the cold and I checked both at 2, 4 and 5 in the morning always turned off the next day despite the discomfort and the cold they offer us to go to the suite by paying 50 euros more... that is, a nice structure would cost me around 50 euros? Instead of apologizing to us and actually repaying us, you tell me that you will move me with 50 euros more....thanks for ruining my birthday present...you could have simply said sorry after making us spend a night in the cold and move us to a suite for free seen that the problem of the malfunction was YOURS! WHAT CAN I SAY BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURE but I would never go back there again... moral of the story they wanted the money for both nights even though we left just after lunch because the radiators still weren't working. What a figure for 50 euros... very bad sensitivity towards of customers and especially towards two small children...shame!

Abbiamo deciso di passare una notte in questo posto splendido. La ragazza alla reception e la ragazza al buffet sono davvero gentilissime e simpatiche, disponibilissimo il ragazzo al bar che poi ci ha accompagnato alla camera. Partendo dalle stanze, la nostra aveva una vasca idromassaggio, che dire? L'ambiente è davvero ben tenuto e pulito. Immersi nella natura, assoluto silenzio, sonno profondo. La colazione del giorno dopo, fatta all' interno del ristorante attiguo, era davvero una chicca, tutti prodotti del posto. Mangiato benissimo! Che dire, ci si sente super accolti e coccolati! Non possiamo fare altro che consigliarlo, ma non solo per il posto in sé, ma per il fattore umano.

Esperienza da consigliare e da ripetere. La cura nei dettagli, l'attenzione e il garbo dello staff, la pulizia, il contesto paesagistico incantevole e soprattutto l' amore verso l'ospite credo siano i punti di forza di questa struttura. Abbiamo trovato persone che ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati dall' arrivo alla partenza e che provano gioia nel prendersi cura dell'ospite. Grazie a Gessica, anche se mi sento di ringraziare tutto lo staff eccezionale che è riuscito a regalarci una vera fuga romantica. A presto, Zena

La gentilezza del personale, la stanza, i letti comodi, il posto dove si trova, ottimo per la vista ed il silenzio in posizione perfetta per visitare il Casentino, la colazione per qualità e scelta, il parcheggio comodissimo. Ed il rapporto qualità prezzo oltre le aspettative. Consigliatissimo.
