Nice an tidy room, best part was that breakfast was ecxellent with gluten-free option available. Also very good product labeling with consideration of lactose free products, thank you.

No free parking, otherwise good breakfast but those tea bags..., water pressure in shower and specially in bidet poor. Good location, not in the noisiest area, but in walking distance from everything.

Outdated rooms with no working air conditioning and 27celsius in room. Shower had black mold. Price/ quality not met. Hotel receptionist was really helpful, but in fully booked hotel there was nothing to do. The breakfast was luckily delicious, but the room quality needs updating..

No air condition, poor breakfast (vs. Other Scandic Hotels), i’m not sure, if there was cleaning at all- Sheets were clean-room was terrible- after all it was (supposed to be) a superior room - for family.

This is my second time staying here. Unlike the first time, however, I had a dirty room for three days and even though I asked for it to be cleaned, they only changed the towels and that was it! The two waitresses at the hotel restaurant were really embarrassing! They didn't apply customer discounts to me, they didn't give me a receipt even though I asked for it, they didn't understand orders and were slow in serving! I think they should select the staff more carefully!

For the price I paid I was expecting a suite. I got more likes broom closet. I hardly had space for my suitcase. Way too expensive
