Réceptionniste au top, à l'écoute de mes craintes du bruit de la route. J'ai donc eu une chambre de l'autre côté et je n'ai rien entendu. Pour la propreté, la chambre n'avait pas été aérée et des petits détails... C'est appréciable d'avoir un set de courtoisie avec des infusions et une petite bouteille d'eau. Pour la localisation, c'est en pleine zone commerciale et à 30 minutes à pieds du centre de Pornic.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Very comfortable bed with crisp white linen. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent shower with separate toilet. Very quiet. Good Italian restaurant next door.
Excellent welcoming staff. Lovely decor in the communal areas as well as the room. Will stay again if in the area. Deserves a four star.

Location is right near highway and shopping options. Parking is ample for our Motorhomes. Breakfast was eggs, yogurt s, breads, fruits-full breakfast. Hotel is modern with fast Wifi. The staff were excellent!

j'ai déjà apporté un avis circonstancié sur mon séjour du 7 au 8. je regrette aussi que les installations de bien-être n'aient pas été en état de marche et 20€ pour 45 minutes, c'est trop cher !

C'était son second séjour en une semaine. Et à mon arrivée , le réceptionniste m'informe que fumer est formellement interdit dans les chambres, ce qui veut dire que l'on m'accuse d'avoir fumé lors de mon premier séjour. Je suis outré par cette accusation ! j'ai arrêt" de fumer depuis 13 ans et je n'ai pas refumé une seule cigarette depuis. Y a-t-il une autre personne qui ait fumé dans la chambre 214 après mon départ ? je l'ignore évidemment. Y a-t-il un e erreur sur le n° de chambre ...
Bref, je demande que des excuses me soient présentées par la direction de l'hôtel.
