Great location with beautiful sunsets. The site had a large artificial grass area. The amenities block needs a bit of work as it’s quite dated. The camp kitchen has most of what’s needed but one sliding door is extremely hard to open. The pool is supposed to be heated but was cold even on a warm day. Unfortunately it wasn’t nice in the pool as kids were throwing balls.

Wonderful holiday spot. We enjoyed amazing sunsets and a lot of family fun. Facilities we used included mini golf, waterpark, pool, bouncing cushion. There were also other facilities we didn't use due to our short stay. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this holiday park.

On the whole we had a great time in Pt Broughton with booking and check-in running smoothly interacting with a professional young staff member. Our last day was a different experience when we asked for a late checkout, 1 extra hour was granted, and we explained that we would be out in the boat fishing and could our boom gate code be extended for the day as we had friends also staying in the park past this date and would like to park on their site while their vehicle. boat was out for the day to allow more convenient packing etc We went to depart, and the boom gate code had expired. I entered reception where a more mature staff member had witnessed our vehicle stationary at the boom gat for a period of time. This staff member was serving a customer, going through the full membership spiel and providing in depth general tourism advice at length while I patiently waited to bet "buzzed out". We now had a line forming behind us at the boom gate. Upon explanation of my situation, I was lectured in a condescending tone that our vehicle should have been left outside of park grounds, a direct contrast to the arrangements made earlier. Some perspective is the park was at 35 / 40% capacity and all vehicles were within the boundaries of the sites. Traveling throughout Australia you experience amazing and disappointing customer service, this was disappointing and soured our memory of our family holiday. Cudos to the younger staff member for your excellent professionalism

Went for the spencer gulf seafood event and stayed for a week. The park facilities need some minor work and a few more fake grass sites would be helpful. It has many good facilities with pools water parks bouncing pillows mini golf and close to the town and jetty. Great staff and great park
