This is a first floor 1- bedroom condo for 1-2 people. There are 16 steps up to unit. There is a security fee of $150.00 for door key and security gate keycard; it is refundable after confirmation from cleaners that keys were left in condo after stay. The grounds are nicely manicured and security gate for entry and exit. There is a fire pit area with a wall fountain, tennis court, pickleball and basketball area Unfortunately no pets allowed and only people listed on VRBO reservation are allowed on complex per association rules. There is no smoking in condo or by pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub always clean and has direct access to Lake Erie. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view and the sunsets that Lake Erie has to offer. During summer months Wed-Sat on Madison Street there are free live bands and drinks and food that you could purchase as you sit on picnic tables listening to the music. Five minute drive to board the Jet Express that will take you to Put in Bay, Kelleys Island. Miller Ferry is a fifteen minute drive and you can go to Middle Bass Island. Relax, Enjoy family and friends and lay on the beach! Going to Cedar Point, Marblehead, Camp Perry or working at Perry Power Plant this condo is a close drive to all! There is no fishing allowed on complex or cleaning of fish but you could do a fishing charter or go downtiwn to Jefferson Street and fish. Beautiful view, great location, but...
The view and the grounds were excellent! The pool is very nice and the grounds are both beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect. Lots to do. Elise was excellent - very responsive and accommodating. The unit is very dated and the room air conditioners made it very uncomfortable with the mid-90's temperatures. With the air conditioning and the uncomfortable bed it was difficult to sleep. All the drawers and closet were filled and there wasn't anywhere to store our clothes. With the inadequare electrical system, the circuit breaker kicked off the air when we used the iron.

This was a great place to stay. Close to everything. Grounds are kept very nice, pool is cleaned everyday. Gated so very secure. Will definitely be staying here again. Communication with host very good. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful trip!
We rented this condo for a sporting event we were attending in Sandusky (two adults, one teen). The property was perfect for our small family. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the property overall. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the outdoor areas are beautiful.
The property is close to shopping, public beach and the marina with easy access to the highway. Elise was kind enough to recommend a great fishing charter for one of the days we were there and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a perfect short trip for our family and we’re already talking about planning another. Quite simply - an amazing place to stay!

Beautiful condo- must visit!
My husband and I came for a weekend away and we were not disappointed! Even more beautiful in person vs the pictures. Our condo had an excellent view of the lake and pool. It's in a secure gated community, with a personal parking garage spot! We loved this! Balcony is nice to sit and have coffee or relax in the evening! The condo is equipped with all the basic amenities for a short or longer stay- towels, hand and dish soap, dishes, silverware and pots and pans... Just remember to bring coffee, shampoo, body wash etc! We kinda forgot! Lol Evening is so close by 10-20 minute drive... Marblehead, Jet Express, LOTS of good places to visit and eat nearby! Will DEFINITELY come back when we visit the area again! Thanks Elise!
