Cm Mallorca Palace - Only Adults

On arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff and offered a welcome drink! Great customer service from the get go! The decor and smell of the reception area was beautiful and very clean. Our room (3109) was very clean and spacious with a balcony and view of the gardens/pool. The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and the room was very stuffy when the A/C was turned off. I called reception regarding this and was advised the A/C had been turned off for the season. This was disappointing. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful. The sun loungers were very comfortable and plenty to choose from. Food and drink from the pool bar was very reasonably priced. We also used the lovely indoor pool and sauna/steam room. The hotel also offers massages at a reasonable price. We stayed on a half board basis and both breakfast and dinner was lovely and there was always plenty choice. At breakfast time, Amanda was always very welcoming and cooked omelettes etc in front of you. At dinner time, a variety of meats / fish could be chosen and again cooked fresh by Amanda. The tables were attractively set and there was an option to sit outdoors too, which was nice. There was entertainment at 2100 hours each evening and this was very enjoyable. Our personal favourite was Clave! We used the public bus and travelled to Manacor where we visited the Rafa Nadal museum...highly recommend. For tennis fans, there is a tennis club across the road from the hotel. This is called Sunball tennis. We played here for 20 euro per hour. This hotel is set in a quiet resort and is perfect for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Sa Coma beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend to others. If the bed had been comfier and the AC on... we would have given a 5* review.

Great stay at the Mallorca Palace. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were excellent and even though we were there early morning our rooms were ready to go. The junior suite was superb and very clean. Our grown up children chose a double / twin room which was also nice (not as nice a ls a suite obviously) The breakfast was excellent and lots of variety, however the toaster was rubbish and needs replacing please 😆 - The food for the whole week was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were very good (especially Santi he works so hard!) Overall an excellent Hotel with really nice facilities and a 10/10 enjoyable stay.

An excellent hotel with superb staff at reception, in the dining room, bar and poolside. Bedroom and bathroom kept exceptionally clean by the cleaning team. The quality of food served was high and well presented, but the main courses could have been more adventurous. Desserts were fabulous. Unfortunately chips were on the menu every night and only once did they serve potatoes. A decent sized pool with good water temperature. At the poolside towels were on sun loungers early morning with no occupants and there was a lack of parasols and tables. Some parasols were faulty and could not be used appropriately. Also, as they were concreted into the ground they could not be moved to shade whoever was using the lounger. Our holiday at the hotel was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel.

This was our second visit to this lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The rooms are very clean & comfortable and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. It was nice to have such a civilised atmosphere in the restaurant and the food is of a very high standard. The whole hotel has a very relaxed vibe with low key entertainment and we were able to catch up with some much needed sleep. We have been visiting Majorca since the 1980s and can honestly say that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at on the island. We will definitely be returning.

Overall an excellent hotel experience. Staff all excellent and welcoming at all times. Reception staff and domestic staff deserve special praise. Room very comfortable and kept exceptionally clean. Dining room experience very good. Starters and sweets were top class and varied but main courses often lacked imagination. An a la carte restaurant was also available to residents. Pool area very good and pool safe and water not cold. Lack of sun loungers at times due to some residents placing towels etc on them early hours and often disappearing for several hours leaving them unattended. Strangely there was a lack of sun umbrellas for quite a few sun loungers and the umbrellas were not moveable being concreted into the ground. For a five star hotel it was unusual to see wet towels hanging on the balcony balustrades. Pool bar staff were top class and prices for lunch and snacks were very reasonable but hot food had to come from the hotel kitchen which led to 20 minute delays. Evening entertainment in house comprised soloists in the main. They were rather average.

It’s like gods waiting room lights out at 11.30pm every one to bed. Food very mediocre rooms dated and old swimming pool is small. I’m a 52 year old male married to a 48 year old women for last 30 years we enjoy good food and good wine neither of which are here we do not like loud music or night clubs but this place is unbelievable we were sitting on balcony enjoying a glass of wine listen to some crooners on a iPhone no speaker just the iPhone and it’s was about 12.30 pm after lights out we were told to be quite and go to bed we left hotel 2 days early did not like it at all we could not be paid to go back to a episode of waiting for god And I would love to know who they bribed to get 5 stars it’s 3 at best

We have been 2 years ago to the same hotel. We had some good discussions with the management how they could improve. Coming back, we saw that some of our proposals had been taken into account, which was a real pleasure for us. A gala diner with some drinks for free at the starting of the diner. A special Smoothie for breakfast, a bag to bring your towels to the poll. All these small things were very appreciated by us.

I was told I’d be impressed, and this wonderful hotel was as I’d expected, and more. Staff - fantastic, from reception to the dining room, from the bar to the cleaning staff - they all work so hard, but do so with a smile on their faces and a desire to please. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Every member of staff is a credit to the hotel. Food - breakfast and evening meal of the highest quality. Great choices in the evening, and plenty of them. Top quality. Pool area - peaceful. Pool bar for snacks and drinks, good sized pool. Rooms - cleaned to a high standard every day. Spacious, with all you need: safe, fridge, desk, loo, shower, and plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Grounds - immaculate and well kept Location - very pleasant. Sa Coma is nice, and we enjoyed a walk each morning and/or evening to S’illot. For great shopping take a bus or cab to Cala Millor / Cala Bona. It’s also a lovely promenade walk there too, and if you want to eat out once or twice during your stay, there’s plenty of choice there, too. Bar - nice environment and very competitively priced. Great service throughout the evening from the staff while you enjoy the entertainment. Entertainment - there’s something on in the bar every night from 9pm til about 1030pm. Some nights it’s what I’d call very pleasant background entertainment, some nights it’s a great show and opportunity to have a boogie: the Premium Band were fantastic, and the Freddie Mercury tribute had the place rocking. All in all, a fantastic holiday in a wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend highly enough.

First time here & will definitely not be our last. The hotel and surrounding grounds are immaculate. I have no idea how they manage to keep everything,including the pool, so clean. Add to that the impressive breakfast and the staff and you have the perfect relaxing week in the sun. There is something special about the staff. Largely young, they are genuinely keen to help but not in an obsequious manner. They even seem to be enjoying themselves ! Big smiles at breakfast that are still in place when they are serving you drinks in the evening. Miguel and everyone else…. thank you for our lovely week.
