I stayed here recently and had a few issues. The aircond was quite noisy, and there was no toothbrush provided. The electricity also went out for about an hour, and nothing was offered to make up for it.
The toilet wasn’t very clean, and the mini fridge didn’t get cold. Breakfast was also quite limited and didn’t taste very good.
Overall, the stay was okay but could be improved in many areas.

Well the resort was located strategically in front of the beach and many nearby eateries. Room was clean and newly renovated but bathroom start to get some mold. More attention need to be taken care off. Especially some of the rooms lights are out of order. Front desk staff are friendly but lack of rooms information. Please keep up with the good work. Breakfast staff were are also friendly but was not seen attending the buffet spread promptly. were hiding in the kitchen most of the time. Staff not to be blamed but top management ways of manage. Hope management will trained their staff and take care of their well being. Summary, great place for affordable price.

Toom is very comfortable and the hotel is very cozy. Like the access from room to go out thru the balcony (on ground floor). Got private access to the beach. Swimming is not ready yet tho

Good location. Friendly staff. Waiting time for the rooms to be ready 40-60mins. But got welcome drink and cozy waiting lobby. Breakfast buffet so-so not many option, no pastry. Half boiled egg tak basuh ke? Nampak kotoran najis ayam pada luar kulit telur. Maaf, gambar tak ambil.

This new hotel. All furniture is quite new and very clean. Near to teluk kemang beach.
Some improvement on the service is their still don't have enough staff. The check in suppose at 3pm, but the room still not ready and the room only ready at 4pm. Breakfast in the morning at start at 9am, most of the food and drink already finish. Need to wait another 10minutes for food to be topup.
