The location is in the center of Gqeberha, PE, Port Elizabeth City. The location and transportation are relatively convenient. The self-service is also good. It is very comfortable on a sunny day. The room size is small and the price is high.

Returning guest. Comfortable and modern rooms, with WiFi and generator to ease your sanity against Eskom shenanigans. Perfect stay for business trips, close to a mall and ample restaurants in close vicinity. Delicious breakfast friendly staff, however, a complimentary water in the room should be considered for guests, hence 4/5 rating.

No DSTV in room (only very limited choice in room). Even website advertises DSTV in ground floor rooms), but apparently only available upstairs. We requested ground floor as my wife cannot cope with many stairs. No tea or coffee or toilet paper in room. Had to ask at reception for everything (had to ask twice for toilet paper). No lift so have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the bar area! First and LAST time staying here.

We needed a quick one night stop over and the Hub Boutique Hotel was perfect for this. The staff for friendly and were able to cater for all our requests. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. We'll definitely use this hotel again.

We stayed in room 1 our daughter in room 23. Reception was very friendly, and our rooms were spotless and perfect for our stay in PE. The Hub is very central to all the big Malls, although situated on a busy road, we did not hear any traffic and our rooms were quiet and peaceful.

Our stay was enjoyable and we were pleased to stay there. The cleanliness of the linen and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was also nice and we enjoyed it. Surely we will definitely going to return back whenever we are around in PE.

This was not our first visit and we will definitely be back. Good breakfast with good variety and quick service by friendly staff. Very convenient location. Good hotel for couples or sports groups alike
