Friendly service. Stunning venue, close to all amenities. Will definitely be going back and referring family, friends and collogues. Felt exactly how we were promised, home away from home. Thank you to management and staff for everything.

Stayed for business, but ideal location to the beach, and nearby restaurants (you can enjoy a drink, and walk home). Rooms tastefully done, nice pool, and just the right amount of breakfast served by super friendly staff. Overall great, would love to return for leisure!

Awesome!!!! The location of the establishment is within walking distance to the beach and the mall. The festive period is always busy at any seaside area, but even though it was busy, the beachgoers/traffic was not heard from the Guesthouse which added to the serene atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. The unit was spacious, great natural light and clean. Spacious bathoom. The property is well maintained - neat, clean and the breakfast area overlooks the sparkling pool which just added to that holiday feeling. Great place to stay when visiting PE!

This hotel is perfectly located in the main beach area. We had a good sized and very quiet, comfortable room. Judging by the people staying here, it is primarily a business hotel. We were on holiday so it also made a perfectly good holiday hotel with a good sized pool. A particular call-out to Weston who seemed to be around most of the time and was always helpful and friendly.

From arrival to departure, we had the most enjoyable time at First Avenue Guesthouse. Friendly and accommodative staff, Weston was helpful in ensuring we checked in with ease and were settled in comfortably. The service lady at breakfast, friendly and polite. The kids totally enjoyed the crisp clean pool. We will be coming back for sure and will recommend the property to our friends.

Arriving after hours, I was kindly received by your security who directed me to my room (8) which was well appointed and clean. The location is very central, a mere 3-5min walk away from the Boardwalk mall. My stay was brief, leaving early the following morning after a coffee in the bright, intimate communal dining area. Staff on hand was very polite and accommodating. ps. my only concern was a basin plug in the room missing a washer, thus wouldn't hold water to shave - otherwsie I would like to have spent more time at the guesthouse.

Family rooms are big and beautiful. The guesthouse is near the beach, boardwalk mall. The staff are so friendly. I felt like a vip. The facility is clean and tidy. The pool is clean and it’s a very good pllace to take family or travel alone for work

Lovely family room on the deck with kitchenette. Wonderful healthy breakfast every morning for SA lifesaving Champs. Weston went over and above. Thank you would definitely recommend to stay again see you next year
