Stayed for one night in this hotel on 15 January 2024 being trapped in the dirty city of port louis due to the cyclone. Room was tiny as if in a prison cell with a 14 inch dumb TV. No amenities. The price is OK so, one cannot complain too much. However I was literally scammed for the so called buffet dinner. The buffet consisted only of two dishes namely salad/rice and chicken curry. Nothing else. No dessert. While I had one small portion of rice, I decided to got another portion. The waitress voiced out rudely that I needed to pay Rs 1000 again to get the second portion. There were many tourists from Reunion island in the hotel due to flight cancelations, they were protesting the following day and police were called by the manager. A really bad experience. When I checked out, I needed to pay for the scam dinner plus a bottle of water costing Rs 125. The card machine of the hotel was not functioning properly. Scam plus bad experience. A real nightmare in addition to the cyclone and the flooding.

I am staying here for past month and the breakfast served is extremely bad!!! Old white bread, no cereal the manager told me they are out of stock, barely any fruit! Shi***ty everything on food basis , I complain many times but nothing is being done. Only good thing is room is very clean.

L’hôtel est bien situé la chambre est spacieuse mais vieillotte la télévision marche mal…mais bon dans l’ensemble c’est très correct..personnel très sympa..gros point noir le petit déjeuner et le restaurant…c’est particulièrement mauvais..

In der Bettdecke waren Brandlöcher von Zigaretten. Der Boden war voll dreck, die Fenster nicht geputzt, spinnwippen an der Decke noch der Fernseh war voll staub. An den Vorhängen durfte man nicht ankommen, sonst hatte man dass ganze Zimmer voll Staub. Dass Glasbild war Kputt. Im Badezimmer waren die alles voller Kalk. An den Sofa kissen waren Haare. Wir hatten eine Junior Suit gebucht, es war ein normales Doppelzimmer. Man merkt, dass dort kein Chef da ist, nur angestellte. Ein richtiger Schweinestall
