Self contained apar**ent - (not serviced) Nicely styled apar**ent, comfortable Washing machine and dryer in room and full kitchen. - Room did have a musty smell - Mopped kitchen floor on day 2 as it sticky, water was black when finished - housekeeping needs to be addressed. Screen door to balcony falls off when trying to open / close it - extremely frustrating, needs to be fixed. Beautiful pool area, nice and refreshing on hot or muggy day.

Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else. Management is rude, disrespectful and completely unwilling to help any of their customers (who they charge a disgusting amount to stay in this cesspit). The rooms are filthy, sheets and towels were unwashed & there are no plates, cups bowls or utensils in the kitchen. The room was putrid and stank of mildew. You have to clean on departure or they charge you a fee for someone to come in with a packet of baby wipes. Had our car literally kicked out of the empty parking lot because they only apparently allocate 1 car space for a 6 bed unit. Even though we were never informed of this. I wish I could give negative stars.

Place is in a great location close to Flynn’s beach and shops and food places.
The man in reception was great and easy to deal with.
I wouldn’t stay on ground level apar**ent again as there is no privacy and other people were having a large family gathering and using the seats out the front so couldn’t sit out the front or open the windows as very noisy.
It stated the outdoor pool was heated but it wasn’t and was cold.
They had a detailed list laminated in the kitchen of additional costs which was very full on and a bit much.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom groundfloor unit for 2 weeks. The unit was very large with 3 good sized bedrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen. More than big enough for 6 people (there were only 3 of us). Bed linen and towels clean. Comfortable beds and a great hot shower. Some issues with cleanliness. Bathroom was slightly mouldy and grouting needed cleaning. We had to wash the frying pan as it had grease from previous tenants, the oven trays were in a similar condition. The complex would be very noisy during busy periods and most balconies or patios are not private. The complex is advertised as being close to the beach which it is as the crow flies. A busy road needs to be negotiated and the stairs to the beach are quite steep and long making it difficult for those with mobility issues or small children. Overall though we enjoyed our visit.

I was very disappointed, expecting a 4 star place as stated. The room smelt musty, and was definitely not what 4 star sadly.

Great location..Beach right across the road and the views were amazing!..We really enjoyed our stay here..Nice,clean spacious rooms..Will definitely be returning to these apar**ents in Port Macquarie again..Thank you 😀
