Citi Boutique Hotel

A comfortable hotel but a bit isolated and a about 1 km walk to local supermarket and eating houses. The rooftop bar is nice in the evenings and you can have dinner served there instead of the restaurant. The check-in was frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation. The WiFi is also erratic. Staff are helpful and do the best they can.

(+) the hotel room is clean and spacious. Check in from 2pm was possible. The hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar. It is located in a safe neighbourhood, I was walking around Boroko and visiting the local market, crafts market during the day and no issue at all. (-) I think I was unlucky cos my room 210 had bedbugs. I suffered from itchy bites the whole night, and thinking what it was until I saw a doctor. At first I thought it was mosquitoes but the room is air conditioned. See picture. I was bitten on my neck, arms and back. Their bedsheet or mattress must have been infested. Travelers do beware.

Good and comfortable easy access

Very good overall. Excellent location especially for anyone attending rugby league match as hotel is right next to stadium. Only issue was there was no representative at the airport on arrival to arrange transfer to hotel. However, other representatives contacted the hotel and the transport arrived

Great price, nice room, easy booking!

Good cheap little place for a stop over on your way out.
