Gateway Hotel & Apartments

I really enjoyed, the atmosphere was great. Workers there are quick and reliable to serve and provide best food buffet and we brothers were enjoyed the meal well and setisfied. Thank you Gateway buffet team and hope will meet again next time.

I enjoyed my stay at Gateway hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers such as myself.

Excellent for business and leisure. Secured, clean, nice food, good housekeeping and hospitality of all their employees.

The customer service is really good. I Checked out leaving one if my moblie phones in the room and called me to come pick it up..Well done keep it up

The Hotel great service and great staff , the staff and front office to understand and monitor what type of guest either business, pleasure etc...Also priorizing the customers need wants and not to turn away customers whom are there for good cause in helping our country . The hotel clean and nice and needs monitoring of poolside use for the guest in house only and family kids not the public . Staff and supervisor agu in front customers in pool side restaurant it's bad .Solve your problems quietly not for customers to hear or know .

It was superb👌from upon arrival to the complimentary room upgrade, which I did not expect, just superb and check out was seamless..Great work team Gateway Hotel and Apartments Enjoyed the ladies night event as well upon arrival👌🙌

We went to the hotel to check in but the room type we selected was fully booked, the receptionist was very nice, she upgraded our room for free to their apartment suite. The apartment had three rooms, WiFi, a large living room and kitchen, it was very comfortable. Appreciate the friendly staff and great amenities. There is also several restaurants there, bars by the poolside and very close to the airport, museum, Parliament House and golf club.

Was Good, But not really that good, the air con wasnt working very well and the telephone didn’t work at all making it quite difficult to call for room service.
