Old towels, smelly rooms, no toilet paper had to go purchase my own, bathroom clugging, toilet not flushing, when you call front desk like you are bothering them I kept calling front desk to come deal with a room next door with loud music and heavy smoking I am still waiting for them to come I couldn't of rest at all It was a 0/20 for me I won't recommend $500 for what Alicia's???

My experience was bad it was my anniversary and me and my husband decided to get away for the day.The pool was dirty the Jacuzzi and aquatic massage was not available the mattress was horrible sinking in the middle the only good thing I have to say the water to take a shower was hot I will never visit this place again
