Great location and the room is spacious, nice and clean. Staffs are super helpful and attentive. The highlight would be the lagoon view. Happy to go back again!

It's a hot day. The air conditioner in the room is broken. I called many times in the afternoon, but no one came to fix it. And they lied that you were on the way.

Probably one of the swishest gaffs on the island. Decent buffet breakfast...nicely appointed rooms...quiet and away from everything. Shame the lagoon is so polluted (not (exclusively) this hotel's fault to be fair) that no one can swim in it. Good Sports bar.

When checking out, the front desk staff said that I had not paid and had to charge it again. It was only after Ctrip communicated that it was solved. It was not very professional.
