酒店有點老舊了，但是服務人員還是比較熱情的，還直接告我們不要把車停到酒店因為要收費，讓我們直接停到酒店旁邊。 房間有點舊了，但是白天躺在泳池邊還是很舒服的，泳池好像下午6點就關搞不懂為什麼。 很少有亞洲面孔。

酒店位置在半山上，如不是自駕遊，只能坐巴士出入， 巴士站都不算太遠， 可以接受， 給了一間對著泳池的房間， 景觀可以，但晚上因為有人在泳池酒吧飲酒，傾談聲音會比較大，早餐很好，選擇很多， 整體上述滿意

酒店非常乾淨，我的房間有2個陽台有一張沙發，早餐很豐富，有很多選擇，酒店離海灘很近，但周圍沒什麼商店，大部分是餐廳，推薦日落景

Lovely hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms are a great size and area is brilliant only 10 minute walk to the port, lots around. Breakfast selection really good & also pool really lovely. Thanks for a great stay x

Great efficient and friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
Hotel was very clean and stylish and great value for money. Good breakfast and bar service. Sky bar is a must visit, Great location to Palma.
