Walking distance to the Amtrak station. Although there were homeless in the area, they do not pose any threats. Good warm breakfast is served too, and the rooms well appointed.

Loved our first stay so much that we went back. Great heated indoor pool for kids. Gym had modern equipment. Valet parking was $48 but was a good experience if you're willing to pay. For my second stay, the sheets made us itch a bit. The hotel said they were sold out the night before so they may have used some old sheets which were still clean but perhaps a bit dusty.

From us initially parking through check out, EVERY staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful & kind!!!
The facility seems newer and well maintained.
The pool was adorable for little kids but my 8 & 9 year old were almost too old for it.
I frequented the Fitness Center which was well kept with great cardio machine and weight training options.
Standard warm continental breakfast but loved that coffee, tea & hot chocolate were always readily available

Please explicitly tell guests that they will need to swipe their room card to get in through the front door after a certain hour, I believe 10 pm. I wasn't aware of this, I overlooked the small sign they have about it, and I had a very embarrassing moment when I was trying to get in after 10 and didn't know I had to swipe my card, and I looked like a fool. I don't like looking like a fool, and if I had been told about this, that situation would have been avoided. Breakfast should also end at 10 everyday. 9 is too early. Also breakfast times need to be explicitly stated at the front desk upon arrival so that guests are aware of breakfast times and don't miss it, which I did. Stop relying on small, inadequate signage and start using words to tell guests information using your voice.

The hotel is very close to the train station, the facilities are quite new, the rooms are very large, and it is very convenient to travel. Just in time for the weekend, there were a lot of customers and the queue was very long in the morning.

An older hotel. Valet parking. About $40 a day. There is no drinking water provided in the room. Hot water and coffee are provided in the lobby. There is no moving shower head in the bathroom.
