I booked a king room with 1 bed was put in a room with 2 queens. Carpets stained, one bed was broken and wobbled, some dirty/stained towels, some dirty pillow cases. Out dated, some holes in walls close to ceiling and some around electric outlets, carpets in hallways also heavily stained. One elevator in middle, free parking, and the staff I ran into were all very friendly. No breakfast or other food but did have coffee in the morning. Decent view of bridge from front parking lot and I imagine the rooms on the North side of the building. My room was on the south side and was a view of an empty lot and some businesses.

This is not a hotel, it is a rent by the week type place with very odd residents. No maid service came even when requested. No clean linens, no hangers, no luggage racks, requested all and no results. Garbage bags sitting in halls. Not a place I would ever go to again. people cooking in their rooms, created terrible odors.

I had drunken neighbors trying to get into my door every single night, and people in the hallway yelling at midnight.

Overall the experience wasn't too bad. There were stains on the furniture but not the bed and the sheets.
I would give the staff a full 5 for accommodating my family by upgrading one of our rooms to a suite to have us close to each other (Jocelyn was amazing in doing a great job at that) however the other night staff was not so great. She was plain out rude. I called for extra towels and i understand if some hotels arent able to bring towels to your room, but i dont think guests need to hear sass from the front desk person saying "ummmm YOU can come and get them yourself by coming to the front desk." Or when i come to pick them up and ask, she gave me attitude again and assumed i would assume that the towels on the counter were for me.

We had a good stay there. It was a nice quant area. It could be updated on the outside a bit (new roof and some paint). But overall it was nice and comfortable.

Charged extra $4.60 administrative fee to check in.
Sometimes I book a cheapo room expecting cheapo but this place pushes that a bit far.
1st floor bathtub drained slowly you had to stand in water to shower.
Bathroom door wouldn't close.

I was charged an additional fee of approximately $5, reportedly an Oregon business tax. I thought taxes and fees were included in the price I paid. The hotel smells old and stale. It needs TLC. It appears that they try to keep the rooms clean.

It was definitely retro on style. Staff was helpful . Grounds are a bit dirty and a lot of transients.
