We stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 little kids in early December 2023. The room was clean, so were other areas of the hotel, & the staff were ALL super friendly. The breakfast was good, the hot selection included scrambled eggs or cheese omelets, sausages, some creamy looking soup (didn't try), & fresh biscuits. They also had fruits, yorgurt, milk, bread, muffins, bagels, hot cinnamon rolls, & cereal. Tea & coffee any time. The Walmart is also 2 minutes away. I absolutely recommend this hotel & would come back myself. The only thing I didn't like was that we consistently saw groups people smoking right at the hotel's entrance where it clearly states "No Smoking", but that's a simple fix for staff to remind guests of that.

Very dirty bathroom, see pics, the front desk staff were not good, the housekeeper crew were very unfriendly, I was there for 5 days and not one person talked to me in anyway. No good day or how are you doing or can I do anything for you, nothing, zero, zilch...

The mattress was too high from the floor to get in without falling. Needed a step to step up on for the bed. The breakfast was very good and the room was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We travel a ton and this was the quickest checkin( we had room 127) we have ever experienced! The bed was so comfy, room was clean, quiet, staff was warm and welcoming, breakfast has many selections, and the parking lot was well lit. Very nice stay.

My only complaint was a ring around the toilet in room #127. Looked like it's been there a bit. Not acceptable!

my only complaint was that i did not request a room o ground floor-i am challenged by 2 injured knees and getting up and down the hallway did represent a challenge..will try to plan better if we come to Jay Co show next year, thanks

Super clean, could tell some remodeling had been done because it smelled brand new. Super happy with our stay, would stay here again.
