O quarto mais sujo em que já dormi na vida. Paredes imundas, armários com poeira, mofo e traça nas parede. Teias de aranhas. Um horror. Split quebrado e nunca limpo. Toalha encardida. Elevador ruim. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar.

Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day.

The area is close to the main Bus Station, it´s not nice. The hotel needs to be completely remodeled. The room and bathroom needs update and a better clean services.
